Young Communities provides programs, support services, grants and awards to young people aged 12 to 25 years old who live, work, study or play in the City of Melton.

Young Communities is a service council provides for young people between the age of 12 and 25 years old. Service delivery ranges from school engagement programs, after school programs, outreach, support and case management, crime prevention programs, jobs advocate, youth related events, youth grants and awards, youth leadership programs, Grade 6 to 7 transition programs and much more!
