U Train is the Legal Employer of the SBATs and organises the workplace with a Host Employer. U Train pays the trainee’s wages and monitors the trainee’s progress through regular visits. U Train provides the trainee with support throughout the traineeship. Student entering this program will need to be job ready, have a willingness to learn and follow instructions, be flexible and committed to personal growth.
