The Community Employment Connectors Program provides support to help jobseekers navigate and connect with training, employment and other relevant services, depending on the jobseekers’ needs, interests and priorities. Our support ranges from providing information and basic advice, to making supported introductions, connections or warm referrals to the appropriate service providers.
The CEC program was developed with the aim of supporting young and adult jobseekers from CALD backgrounds who are facing barriers to entry and re-entry to employment pathways, particularly in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The program is supported by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) and works in collaboration with Jobs Victoria
